Lindsay E. Petersen,
M.A. CCC-SLP/L

Iā€™m Lindsay Petersen, a Pennsylvania State licensed and board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist who provides private, in-home speech therapy to the greater Philadelphia region. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with a variety of diagnoses in a variety of settings. My practice is based on providing the highest quality of service to my clients and their families while working to achieve their speech, language, and communication goals. As a working parent, I understand the need for efficient, yet flexible and practical therapy plans. I believe the best outcomes are achieved through connection, collaboration, and fun!

Background

I graduated cum laude from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. I then went on to pursue my Masters degree in Communicative Disorders and graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. After completing my coursework and clinical fellowship year, I decided to specialize in pediatrics and have since worked in hospitals, homes, schools, and private clinics.

I have extensive experience treating children with diagnoses such as: developmental delay, receptive/expressive language impairments, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, feeding delays and disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, hearing loss, and neurological impairments.
